PNJ Dough is a family run business based in Northamptonshire. Our little family is what inspired PNJ. Jel is a wedding planner so deals with enquiries and day to day running of the business and Will is the product, thanks to his skill and devotion to understanding dough, we are able to create and serve a product to you that we are extremely proud of. 

Of course, we could not forget our two perfect boys who inspire us daily; Noah & Patrick.
